HPCA, MahJong, Garden Club, Bunco, Gardens HOA, Enclave HOA, Hammerheads, Boy Scouts, and others at the discretion of the Public Works Director

charging an entry fee for your event automatically elevates that event to a corporate rate

Voigt Center showings are available by appointment only, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM, based on the availability of the Voigt Center.

Please call 210-792-3360 to schedule a showing.

Event dates cannot be reserved or held until the rental fee, deposit, and set up fee have been paid and the rental contract has been completed. This process is completed by appointment at Town Hall, located at 2 Mecca Drive.

Important Rental Policies & Prohibited Items

Before your event, please review the list of prohibited items below. These policies are intended to protect the facility and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. Violations of these policies may result in the forfeiture of all or part of your security deposit, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may affect future rental eligibility. Please ensure that all members of your party, vendors, decorators, and entertainers are aware of these requirements.

Smoke machines or fog machines
Bubble machines or bubble toys
Paper sprayers
Silly string
Balloons of any kind
Fireworks, sparklers, or cold sparklers
Glitter, confetti and water orbs
Rice or birdseed
Inflatable bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, or other inflatable amusement devices
Nails, screws, tacks, staples, tape, or adhesives on walls or doors
Leaving folding glass doors open while the air conditioning is operating
Setting the thermostat below 70°F
Leaving food or personal items in the building after your rental
Any item that may activate the fire alarm system

Reminder: Failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of your security deposit as provided in the Rental Agreement.
